Time unit in which the OrderDelay <1428> is expressed

Valid values:

0 = Seconds (default if not specified)

1 = Tenths of a second

2 = Hundredths of a second

3 = milliseconds

4 = microseconds

5 = nanoseconds

10 = minutes

11 = hours

12 = days

13 = weeks

14 = months

15 = years

or any value conforming to the data type Reserved100Plus
