The most recent (or current) modification TransactTime <60> reported on an ExecutionReport (35=8) for the order.
The OrigOrdModTime <586> is provided as an optional field on OrderCancelRequest <F> and OrderCancelReplaceRequest <G> to identify that the state of the order has not changed since the request was issued.
The use of this approach is not recommended.
