FIXT 1.1 : PossResend <97> field
Type: Boolean

The PossResend is set to Y when reissuing a message with a new sequence number (i.e. when resending an order).

The receiving application should process message with PossResend = "Y" as follows:

forward message to application and determine if previously received (i.e. verify order id and parameters).

Valid values:

N = Original Transmission

Y = Possible Resend
