The CME are continuing the consolidation of access APIs to standardised CME platform APIs. This includes the mandatory migration from the legacy EBS Central Post Trade (CPT) Ticket Output Feed (TOF) and CPT FIX APIs to the CME STP API.
The legacy EBS Central Post Trade (CPT) Ticket Output Feed (TOF) access will be decommissioned on 31st December 2024 so development, implementation, formal CME certification, and deployments need to be completed prior to that deadline.
The CME STP API is a unified post trade solution for trading activity at CME Group markets - including support EBS trades as well as BrokerTec on CME Globex, BrokerTec Stream, and CME Group futures and options.

The OnixS directConnect: CME STP (Straight Through Processing) API Handler SDK solutions are designed to enable CME participants to connect to the Exchange via the CME STP API for retrieval of FIXML 5.0 SP2 messages containing CME cleared trade information.
This provides out of the box CME STP API access SDK's implemented in .NET and Java that are fully supported, tested, certified and quick to deploy.
